Down a bit and feeling good. Ended up taking last night off work and relaxed a bit. Still, stress level is high and I may end up working over the weekend. I added an extra 1/8 of a mile to my run this morning and was able to complete the 5k in 34 minutes. I think I will be in good shape for my run in March.
