Had a sandwich yesterday as kind of a treat - and wasn't at all wanting the bread as much as I thought in my head. In face I felt even a bit yucky after. So that's good news I think. When your craving for your new habits start to take over its a great thing. I also downloaded "Period Tracker" awhile ago on my phone - I am amazed to find how my hormones effect my habits... especially when its more of a mental game for me than anything. Today is the party - tomorrow I will be enjoy the benefits of self control... Now to the gym.
