Water Fast Day #10 today I don't see any change in weight but my ketosis is super high at 120mg/dL so I'm not really concerned about it. Yesterday I spent basically all day in bed so also this lack of activities might be partial culprit of my weight plateau...who knows. Still lack of sleep unfortunately, I'm taking melatonin and other supplements as well, trying to supply as much potassium as I can...far to reach the 4700mg daily required though. BF = 22.7% BMI = 20.2%
