OK So first sday at the gym today, had my program written up today and I have a 90 min program for 3 days a week... I have always been told that 45 mins is a good amount of time for a work out and any more is a waste of time. The program was written by a PT so I guess they know better then me. I am seeing a nutritionist tomorrow so hope I will be able to share some tips
