It's been a busy end of the week for me. As expected, after being off work with the cold for a week, I was slammed both Friday and Saturday. But it felt good to be at work again! Yesterday, I went down to Savannah to meet up with some friends. I finally got to meet my former neighbor's baby daughter. She's a pistol at 14 months old! Very smart and willful.
I've been pretty much sticking to a 23:1 IF, but eating whatever I am in the mood for. So, no losses, but no gains. I'll get back to Keto when this cold is completely cleared up. I still have a tremendous amount of mucus in my head and chest.
The weather has been distinctly spring-like. Warm days with low humidity, chilly nights. Loving it, but so are the pine trees. The pollen is so thick, it's like a haze in the air. I have to run the windshield washer in my car in the mornings, so I can see to drive! I suspect that's also a cause for the mucus. I love having the windows open when the weather is so fair, but that pollen comes in and coats everything!
Today is laundry day, with video editing between loads.
