With any luck this is going to be a week of big milestones. As of today, I have lost the equivalent of 1 wife (97lbs), at 208.6lbs I will officially be ‘overweight’ for the first time in at least 15 years, and if I can make it to 206lbs I will have lost a total of 100lbs since starting this journey. Overall I am feeling pretty good! I had a bit of a rough time waking up this morning but did make it to the gym on time and did 2¼ miles at 5.5 miles/hour without stopping.
