Feeling pretty psyched, for a variety of reasons. Strictly on the weight loss front, I'm meeting all of my goals without, I think, actually sacrificing anything. Being healthy feels good somehow. Shocking. In related TMI news, my colon is responding positively to the changes I've been making. I didn't feel hungry for most of the day today, but boy did I make room. In unrelated news, the device I bought to replace two other devices (one broken, one steadily drifting into inadequacy) arrived six weeks ahead of schedule, which is nice.
