Ok so I keep trying to cut back on my food I have tried cutting portion size but nothing seems to work unless I use this app as it reminds me what I have eaten etc.. Heaviest I have been so it needs to go

Using this app is what keeps me motivated as well. Somehow I feel more accountable when I'm logging everything.. makes me feel guilty seeing things I've recorded that I shouldn't have indulged in too!
