I didn't drop to a new official lowest weight this week but this is because today's weigh-in is after 2 fast days this week whilst last week's weigh-in was after 3 fast days(including a double fast day).
I'm really happy to only be 0.2kg higher than the lowest weight I've ever achieved :) If I keep my calories below my RDI and have a fast day tomorrow then I am sure that I will see my weight drop below my lowest official weight of 98.5kg :)
Unfortunately I can't keep to under my RDI today as I am hosting clients at an All-You-Can-Eat supper buffet tonight. I'm not sure If I will fast tomorrow either.
I've decided that this is my last official weigh-in for 2016 and I will do my 1st official weigh-in of 2017 on the 9th of January after a 2 week break :) I think I deserve to just enjoy the next two weeks :)
I'll still be available on whatsapp and I'll post here on FatSecret during this 2 week break.
