Well,yeterday was a surprise,not enough protein,too many total carbs(NC)small calorie count even tho that is not important. Today paid more attention to protein and nc. I have to enter my food so I will see how it goes. Before when I did Atkins and I it didn't go the way I thought it should,I quit. Of course I am the one who controls what happens. The program is laid out for me and anyone else.Feel good,third day doing this. Still finding my way around the site. I go on a cruise at the end of the month. So this is always a pitfull for me but am bound and determine not to let that happen. We cruise a lot so I have to get in control and not use it as a reason to binge.
99,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,4 kg.    Sisa: 27,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.

Hi, i just wanna mention that calories actually do count.. I have not been eating enough calories and have been at a standstill for 2 weeks and its very upsetting. You have to eat your recommended amount which is at least 1500. Im still trying to work out the nicks so if you need any help, let me know!! :) You're going great!!!
