Totally forgot to update this about 5 days ago! Down 2 more pounds since the new year! The holiday eating is done (which really wasn't too bad this year) and back to real food.

I still need to plan meals better. I cook 2 meals to eat through the week and end up needing a 3rd all the time. I do have some frozen bean soup....that may be dinner for the newt coupld nights.

Saturday is Trader Joes and Whole Foods day. Still working on getting more veggies in me. It's not that I don't like them, but I don't think to cook them for a side dish or add them into 'casseroles'.

I need quick and easy meals this month since I'm doing the 10,000 swings in 30 days challenge. I'n at 2,700 and need to catch up. But man...my shoulders are SORE! My left especially. Better use a lighter bell and make sure my technique is correct.
