I decided to weigh in this morning instead of tomorrow and I must be honest I never expected to see a drop like this especially because I have only been to gym once since last week Tuesday.

Going back to gym today and hopefully will carry on dropping atleast until we go on holiday in 2 weeks time.
64,1 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 34,3 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Oh and a big congratulations for officially dropping below the 65kg mark! You didn't just drop passed it, you obliterated it and almost cleared the 64kg mark!! Talk about an over achiever :D
