Remained the same but am not perturbed as I understand the reason for this. TOTM always affects me weight-wise (apologies for TMI but need to document this as a reminder for me). Although I am drinking more water than ever atm, the accompanying water retention over the last few days definitely has a bearing on what the scales show. No worries however, just got to keep at it! 😊
