My Refeeding process for my 7-Day Water Fast can be considered completed now. At the end 7-Day-WF was not a very long fast; I'm still conscious though on chewing very well and not eat too much, when I feel the bite is not amazing as the first one, I stop. I have hard time to go with the rule "if you don't feel hungry don't eat", since I've been with just water in the past 7 days, obviously I do no feel hungry so I just need to let my body going back to normal.
The Water Fast is helping me a lot with the cravings, I still want something sweet after meal but I can stop with a small portion of whatever I'm having.
This morning I went to the gym for half hour after so long! Being disciplined takes some time but we have to do what we have to do!!
