Yesterday I ate entirely too much food!!! I had been doing well all week long, then blew it at brunch. I felt terrible immediately after I finished eating, both emotionally and physically. After today's weigh in, I really feel like I made the entire week pretty much worthless because despite my carefulness in eating, I didn't lose anything. I actually gained a half pound. I'm going to increase my workouts this week and I'm NOT going to blow the whole week on one meal.
