Refeeding Day #1 Today is the end of my 7-Day Water Fast and I'll start refeeding with all day watermelon meals. I didn't see any drop in weight this morning but my ketosis is still in large traces at 80mg/dL so that means that I'm still burning some fat anyway. Happy Black Friday everyone!!
