Today I'm starting a new short water fast, I planned a 7-day water fast for now, plus refeeding days.
I want to get rid of all these cravings that I'm having in the past few days.
I gained quickly mostly because I've home sick doing nothing but eating in the past 3 days.
Hopefully from now on things will get better....well at least is Friday today.
First 2/3 days of the water fast are the toughest ones, till I reach ketosis.
58,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 3,4 kg.    Sisa: 6,2 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1862 kkal Latihan: Memasak - 35 menit, Berjalan (Latihan) - 5,5 km/jam - 18 menit, Duduk - 5 jam, Berdiri - 1 jam, Kerjaan Kantoran (Dibalik Meja) - 5 jam, Tidur - 6 jam, Istirahat - 6 jam dan 7 menit. lagi...
Memperoleh 3,5 kg dalam 1 minggu

I wouldn't worry too much about that weight gain, I would think it's mostly replenishing your glycogen stores and the water that goes with it. It's interesting that you have success with a water fast to get rid of those cravings, I do the exact opposite. I had 3lbs of sweet potatoes last night. I had my normal breakfast this morning, 2 cups of oatmeal and two bananas, 1200cal, no cravings for anything right now.
