For the past 3 weeks 3.7 kgs down still 2 kgs to go before Dec Holidays. so far weekends are the hardest but I'm keeping it 100% clean during the week and I will stick to healthy options even if my portions size is a little more over the weekend, No alcohol and a lot of water and tummy water so far , I will drink again over the festive and for my birthday Dec month.
