no ketosis this morning, just wondering if I should eat some proteins rather than just having fruits. My weight is still the same fortunately and yesterday I also had a small bm, my digestive system is coming back to function properly...with highs and lows though.

Fruit takes me out of ketosis faster than almost anything. Protein and fat will keep you feeling fuller, longer.

True...fruits is sweet, but for my refeeding process I have to stay away a bit from fat, I had some vegan proteins in a shake today, I didn't like it but I felt I needed.
