I'm beginning to realize the struggle is real... It is so difficult to lose weight when your age starts creeping up the pounds sure don't melt away like they used to. Definitely going to make better choices in the future. Turtle wins the race. My workout partner called in sick this morning and I'm going anyway - thank goodness I feel strong today or that would have been enough to put me away like sleeping foodie for the next 100 years ;)
