Surprised to have posted a loss today after eating a bag of lollies yesterday. I guess the exercise made up for that. My birthday is on Saturday, so that should be the last of my bad days for a long while. Today I have hit a new low in the wieght loss. I am down 10.5 kgs. Still a long way to go but I knwo i can get there
143,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 10,5 kg.    Sisa: 48,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Congrats on the new low! You know, the lollies aren't THAT bad as long as you count the calories. No need to sweat it. Of course, if you went ALL nuts in them, maybe it's different. Normally, when I can't resist, I buy the smalles bag, have a few, and give the rest away to someone.
