Yesterday I had 4 cookies and some other stuff that I was not suppose to eat. But I thought to myself what the hell, but that is the kind of thinking that got me here in the first place, so I won't be doing that anymore. I don't want to start down that slippery slope. I have been feeling really good about myself. I am now back in my 36D bras instead of 36DD. I wore a dress the other day to church and the top did not even fit me right. I have to let my mother fix it. I did not even realize how big I was, that dress used to fit so tight. I have to go and get a countertop oven because our oven has been busted for a while now and I know its probably not going to get fixed til we move out of here. I need to be able to bake some foods. Its been raining like cats and dogs here. I have been having some troubling cravings for bread and rice til I almost depressed about it but I know it will go away. I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

You seem to have the right mindset to be successful with leading a healthy lifestyle. It is easy to give up, but it takes strength to push forward. Hang in there and you will reach your goal.

Sounds like you have things all worked out! You are doing great, don't be hard on yourself when you eat something that is not on the diet, you only live once! Keep the great attitude though, you are doing this and you will continue to do great!

I agree with Hedder about not being down on yourself when we eat something that's not on this diet...I think it's so great that you are doing so well! Rainy days, for some reason, are tough when it comes to the comfort foods of bread and rice. You are doing great!
