I don't understand, yesterday I didn't have much to eat and not even issue on being regular, however I'm still more than I was 2 days ago!
so unfair :-(
60,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,3 kg.    Sisa: 8,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

is a super small fluctuation thought 0.1 Kg.. also water weight is a btch whenever you are trying to accurate calculate how much is off, I think is better if u stick to the calorie counting and wait a bit longer to see the weight changes... good luck! :)
