Getting a lot more serious - have bought some dresses I would love to wear.

Getting a jump on next week I would love to see 115 again. 5 lbs is a lot especially going to the gym but its totally necessary.

Possibly going to start boot camps.

No alcohol
No breads or pasta
Oatmeal for breakfast

Goals for this week coming up.
54,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,0 kg.    Sisa: 6,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
