so moving to 1600 was completely the right thing- it feels like my body has been waiting for this moment. I'm even less hungry!

had to have a biscuit yesterday-
my mum is not enjoying me not eating food. I'm getting pressure from her to eat things- or "try" them all the time.
I actually don't get it. it feels like she's sabotaging me. I feel like I'm being a bad daughter for saying no

My husband keeps reminding me that I still need to eat. I let him know that I eat when I'm hungry. It doesn't always follow the typical eating schedule, but it works for me.
