Hmm. Well, I tried to change my original weight so that it doesn't look like I lost weight this week. Determination led me to Weight Watchers this morning and their scales are slightly different than work's. But, hey, even though I didn't REALLY lose weight this week, it is still a bit encouraging to see a weight loss recorded! Maybe next week I can really EARN it!
Will stick with Weight Watchers (the Points Plan) and commit to the following this week:
** recording EVERYTHING that gets eaten this week! ** drinking at least 4 bottles of water a day. ** walking at least a mile in the evenings.
Ok, anything more and I might not stick with it. That will have to do! :~)
