As you might know I have been focusing on muscle over fat as a measurement as opposed to simple "weight". So I realized after I had lost all the weight I wasn’t in the shape I wanted. Even though the scale reflected success it had come at the expense of a lot of muscle. I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard following a progressive program for a while now and I think I can call it successful.
These are the results showing gains over the last 1.5 years. Weight 26.50 BF% 1.5% Fat Lbs 8.28 LBM 18.00
I still want to lose fat/gain muscle so will continue on this program for a while. The estimates for the final results in an ideal situation will result in quite a swing in these numbers provided I can hit my weight/BF% goals.
For now, feeling better now that I’ve gained some muscle back.
