Done quite well the last couple of days and it shows in my weigh in. Keeping the Carbs below 30% makes a huge difference to how hungry I feel.

Nice! I agree, hunger is the culprit and low carb helps alot. Yesterday, I could barely lift a 30 lb bag of dog food and I was carrying twice that last November. We are doing this 2gether!

YES! And the month you started gaining your monthly calories shot up. It would be nice if we could eat more and just lower carbs when we get to goal. I'm looking forward to being where you are, have fun at work!
