Not too concerned about the rise. I am down a pound from last Friday. The interim weigh in was just that. And a surprising drop (that was why I posted it). Today is in line with my Trendweight values and how my diet is progressing. I am - more or less - back on the wagon, so lets see how it goes.
90,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 38,1 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
