I always seem to lose steam right before the 30lb weight loss mark. I'm so excited to be only a half pound away from it. I'm doing so well with all the adjustments I've made with my eating habits. I'm making better choices and I'm actually enjoying it. For this first time in a very long time I am totally optimistic about losing weight and I really feel like I can do it.
