I took the weekend off form IF, ate three meals a day within my RDI, but more calories than I've had for the past two weeks, so I'm delighted to still have a loss. I wan't expecting it.

Way to go! I am sure it is nice to find out you can eat "normal" now and again and you will still be successful. Looking forward to the day I give myself that chance.
