I am so excited! 4 lbs lost this week! Now I know I am going to get under 200 before the New Year! This has been such a great week, and this just topped my week!

It has been 4 months and I have lost almost 40 pounds. That's an average of 10 pounds a month. If I keep that up I will be at goal in June! That's only 6 months away WOW! I was only hoping to be thin enough to ride the rides at the fair in September, but to be at goal that would be amazing!

So I've heard about the dreaded "plateau." I don't think I've hit that yet. I have lost at least something everyweek (unless I specifically did something and ended up gaining). There has been a couple weeks that I lost less than a pound though. So, my questions - Was that considered a plateau and I got off easy and through it? If it wasn't, how long to plateau's generally last? How do I get past the plateau? On, and On, and On, I think I just want info on this plateau, when I finally get there I don't want to get too discouraged.
