I did really well on my eating yesterday and I went on my walk. I am still not back to my morning weight tho after my bing on Monday evening lol. live and learn! lol.
113,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 18,5 kg.    Sisa: 13,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
