I cannot believe how my weigh is sitting steady, considering the large amounts I am eating.
Think my wound may be infected again. After going without a dressing yesterday, there was yellow pus around the wound. I have a visit to the nurse today, so we will see what she says. I have also to see GP next week, then the Surgeon the week after.

Nurse happy with wound. Told me to keep it covered until it stops weeping. I have an appointment with the doctor next Thursday, then the nurse will dress it immediately after. 10:00 and so far today I have managed 4000 steps and 21 flights of stairs. Pleased with that.

Jocko, I'm so proud of what you're doing! 21 flights of stairs. I could do that in my house.. My flight of stairs is 5 steps. HAHAHA! {{hugs}}

A little exercise will help immensely but don't do yourself anymore damage. Perhaps you need to heal more before taking on flights of stairs but I'm no doctor. All the best.

I live 48 stairs/3 flights up, so every time I come in I get 3 flights. It doesn't take many trips out to start accumulating flights. Then when you are out walking every 10 ft you climb up a hill adds another flight to your score.
