WTF. Let's go.
I hear the cardinal in the backyard chirping, I have my coffee, and making a plan for the day. Mostly will be working to prepare for this week (training tomorrow and 2 days in Tampa to do it). Probably need to do the groceries today since it didn't happen yesterday. Need to do some cooking/prepping for the week so we have options besides cooking eggs.
Last year my boss asked me where I wanted to be in 5 years and I couldn't tell him. I'm still trying to figure out where I am and what I'm doing now. For a planner, that's kind of a hard pill to swallow, to not know where you want to go. Part of the problem is I don't know what's possible or out there or could be created. I know what I'm good at. I just don't know what that translates to. I've been in this job a year and a half already. It's morphed twice and I've grown like X8. It's bothering me that I don't have a direction. If I don't know where I'm going, I won't know when I'm there or if I'm off course.
Looks like I've got some work to do...
