Weight loss program: Intermittent Fasting, 5:2 (5 days eating at normal caloric resting value of 1850 to 2000 calories) 2 non-consecutive days fasting 24 hours a day, twice a week. Moderate to low carb with a max of 50-60 carbs.

Total weight lost 17.2 lbs.

This weight is after 12 oz of coffee and a turn of my huge compost pile. So perhaps I sweat the coffee out before weighing as it's already 90 degrees outside.

Tried on a pair of pants the next size down (16) and they fit easily and are only slightly snug in the waist. Everywhere else they're loose. The muffin top is a good reminder that though I'm noticeable slimmer I am by no means anywhere near where I need to be, lol! Humbling to be sure ;-)
