Wow – down 75lbs since starting in July. Feels great! Not too much to report today. Keeping busy with work and trying to stay out of trouble. With any luck my wife and I will go out for dinner tonight.

So quickly too! I don't know how men do this, but every time I lose 10 pounds I need new pants! How many sizes have you gone down? Your chart is like the Poster Boy weight chart - congratulations!!

Thanks folks. F8thful1 -- shirt size is down from (2XLT) to (L) and pant size is down from 44+ to 36. I probably should have switched pants sizes more often but Hagger pants with the 'comfort waist band' allowed to keep the same pants for longer than I had to (that and using my drill to put new holes in the belt :-))
