A little bump up this morning. Not completely unexpected. Mom brought salads for lunch yesterday and I ended up with the southern cobb which had fruit and sweet walnuts in it. It was good and great to see her. It also ended up being my only meal so I'm a little surprised it went up at all but my body only tolerates around 15-20 before it stays/gains. Oh well.
Out to mow the yard this morning after a cuppa to get me going. Today is a catchup day both for work and home. Have to get some of this crap done.
