What a relief this morning when I weighed in. I am finding that it I do not do the snacks on my plan it slows down the weight loss. I was not snacking much this past week and almost had a gain because of it until I realized those snacks keep my body burning calories. I definitely need to be aware of the total plan. I am also going to resolve to work on more exercise. Starting slow by getting out and taking the dogs for walks one at a time. They will like the one on one and by the time I walk 3 dogs I should get some decent exercise. Happy and successful week all.
