Partied hard over the long weekend, but have been good otherwise. I'm keeping active and walking a lot at work, using stairs (doing a set of 10 floors when I'm not too busy). I am drinking a lot more water and eating salad with a little grilled chicken for lunch. Breakfast is usually scrambled eggs and a sausage or two. Dinner last night was one of my green smoothies. I made two small smoothies to bring to work today and forgot them. I have had a couple people approach me and tell me I look slimmer, one girl hugged me and said I felt slimmer too. This is encouraging. It will be a run tonight. Probably bike commute tomorrow. I'm looking forward to getting in to the 230s hopefully by next week. Muscle mass seems to be maintaining well with the fat loss. Veins are becoming more visible.
