I just cannot loose any more weight. Stuck on the same # for month's now. I can be glad I am not gaining. Its very frustrating.

Have you tried switching things up? Up your protein! Switch up your exercise. Staying hydrated? Switching up foods. Maybe google "plateaus" to see what you can do. If you are on WW, did you redo your points? As you lose, you may need less points to keep losing. Just some things to think about. You have done amazing though! 40 pounds!!!!
