Starting Body Beast tomorrow with my mom. We are super excited and motivated. I have to decide on my eating plan by the end of the day though.
I can do LCHF but its so hard to give up baked potatoes. My other option is just eating unprocessed foods and only eating when Im hungry.
Anyone have any advice?
