Up a bit today but feeling good. I suspect I got a bit too much sodium during the weekend and all the extra exercise (raking leaves, moving furniture, tearing out door frames, etc.) caused my body to retain a bit of water. Anyhow, the workout today went well. I am using a 12/6 interval on the elliptical and have started to increase the weights on Nautilus machines (up to 110lbs+ on most now). Gonna be a busy day at work today – but I am taking solace in the fact it is a short week.
