Jurnal brucemcguigan, 14 Mei 16

2 weeks without moving and I feel amazing. I have been relaxing on the strict eating and cut the gym back to 3 days a week and I am holding strong. After a 47 pound drop I think my body has leveled out, now it is time to focus again and drop some more. I hope everyone has an amazing weekend.
113,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 19,5 kg.    Sisa: 4,5 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
