So I've joined WW yday because I can't seem to get it together this time around. I guess I am ready to do this, but vacillating. I was there about a year ago but not committed and only lost about 7 lbs before giving up. I have reduced my crazy work schedule for the next 2 mos so I can focus (I have had the most success when my life has been balanced, and it was much easier and enjoyable to focus). I feel like I have half a chance with this. I only fit 2 pairs of pants in my closet and about 3 shirts - everything else is too small. I am now size 24. Largest size ever. I feel shame for letting myself go to pot physically, but hey, all a girl can do is keep trying...
