Pecs are screaming. Used some liniment last night. Rest pause bench is killing me. I also noticed something I've never noticed before. My shoulders are getting veins. Yeah, I know they were there before, I just never noticed them. Not the same prominence as the ones on the forearms, but things are definitely shaping up. Calipers are still telling me I'm shrinking.
