Poorly followed means poor numbers. Had a relaxing two weeks did not eat horrible but did not eat well either. Had a lot of cheats, and cheats means pounds. My workouts were few and far between also, which also resulted in higher blood sugars. It is TIME to get back on the horse. not always fun to be on the horse but if we are not on the horse then we are slipping backwards. I hope you all have an amazing week.
