THE SCALE HAS MOVED!!! OMG, I am so flipping excited this morning! I am down another 3 lbs. Whoop whoop. I also started back with my trainer yesterday and I can already feel it this morning. I'm so happy. Moving in the right direction. It's so difficult and I feel like I want to quit all the time because it's so hard. I keep telling myself it's a marathon and not a sprint to get to my goal.
