I feel like there was a mistake on yesterday's measurement for my weight! I went to bed starving but maybe the cranberry juice I add added too much sugar, the only real glutine food I had was a small samosa-like with meat in it. The reality could be that I should just be more diligent on tracking down EVERYTHING I eat during the day, just to realize how many calories and type of food I've been eating all day.
Are enough a couple of days for me to gain 2Kg! Today starts my gym membership, I hope it will help me to stay away from my cravings and junk food
