4 days deload and on maintenance calories. Weight must be water. No way I ate 7000 calories over. Now my back is sore from lack of exercise. Next deload will be light lifting. Had a great time at my son's place. Turkey dinner... steak dinner... (Black forest cake, shhh).

We are in the same boat, I do believe. Got to sweat it out. Sometimes traveling and sitting will cause the fluid to gather, too. I don't know what my problem is. I am blaming it on ham. Ha!

It was a great time, Glen. Daughter was planning on seeing a band called Electric6. We didn't make it in time due to an accident in Jasper. Held up the hours. It's funny how you reassess what's important when that happens.

Love the new photo with your co-pilot!! And yep, extended hours riding will definitely cause the fluid built up - probably the back soreness as well. An Orthopedic Surgeon once told my hubby that one of the worst things for his back was riding in a car.

She did 1000 km twice over for days and didn't skip a beat. Ginger was good for about 30. Nice to have a dog who can travel. Tika is as cuddly as any dog I've ever had.
